Role Summary

Urban Outfitters is looking for a Temporary Sourcing Coordinator to provide administrative and clerical support for the UO Sourcing department.

Role Responsibilities

  • Physical tracking of samples for the department inclusive of salesman, photoshoot, catalog & proto samples.
  • Daily communication with global vendors on sample due dates.
  • Physical tracking of wash / trim / fit and color submits.
  • Build and distribute TNA templates sent to vendor to add to buy rolls with lead times/ due dates.
  • Data entry and PO management support in Tradestone inclusive of Raw Material and BOM management.
  • Support Sr. Coordinators with weekly reporting for publish.
  • Enforce published calendar dates with vendor for on time sample shipping.
  • Communicate with Design & Buying on sample distribution.
  • Weekly invoice management.

  • Outlook, PowerPoint, and Excel Skills required.

  • Ability to develop and maintain productive relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external partners.
  • Exhibit a strong attention to detail, organizational, and follow-up skills.
