Role Summary

The Creative Marketing Coordinator will support the Creative Marketing Team in planning and implementing creative projects across various categories of the business. They will be responsible for owning and coordinating assets, working cross-functionally with partners, and overseeing special projects. They are able to seamlessly blend strategy and creative ability to create strong assets that not only drive the business, but also follow the brand ethos and build representation. They are a clear communicator who is able to work collaboratively with partners, but also capable of handling projects and tasks independently and have a strong sense of time management, and organization.

Role Responsibilities

  • Asset management
    • Requesting selects for RT/hi-res
    • Maintain and manage and organize creative marketing folders so all information and assets are streamlined clearly - all images, all videos, all campaign assets, all fonts, by year - by month - by campaign, by needs etc.
    • Log all asset filepath and folder for resource in tracker
  • Project Management
    • Oversee total life cycle of all creative marketing campaigns and projects, communicating with project collaborators on progress, sharing assets with appropriate teams for approval and distribution.
    • Update and maintain weekly project tracker,
  • Sample Management
    • order necessary product for upcoming initiatives from site/ or partner with merch and sample coordinators to order from DC/obtain in-office samples.
  • Expense tracking
    • Input and track costs in team tracker when applicable, assist in managing core + social tracker budget to ensure the team stays on budget for the quarter, holding anything leftover for team to properly utilize before EOM/EOQ
  • Competitor Research
    • Search the Internet/Instagram/TikTok/Pinterest/etc. and pull new and exciting things. Compile and share back to Creative Marketing team quarterly
      • Media / fashion / film / musicians / music / art
      • Social Ads - video + static 
      • Influencers, influential people, up-and-coming artists, break-out stars
      • Competitive landscape - other sites / brands - new collection launches/ marketing initiatives
  • Special Projects
    • Own and oversee special projects as needed from start to finish independently as well as collaboratively, managing budgets, timelines, creative, etc.
