Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a creative, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to play a key role in content management for Anthropologie.com. The Temporary Digital Content Coordinator position will be responsible for a variety of tasks working directly with multiple teams across the organization, including UX/UI, Marketing, Merchandising, Design, Copywriting and Customer Service Operations teams. 

The position will work within the technical framework of a catalog and content management system but will not be directly responsible for the configuration or development of this system.  

Role Responsibilities

  • Upload, validate, and maintain content on the Anthropologie.com website and iOS app within a Content Management System 
  • Assist with the coding, set-up, and QA of daily and email marketing campaigns, plus events and surveys as needed 
  • Work collaboratively with Merchandising, Design, Copy, Digital and Brand Marketing, Analytics and Testing, UX/UI to deliver brand-appropriate content and messaging 
  • Identify and troubleshoot/resolve issues before they go out to the customer; if unresolvable, relay issues to the appropriate teams for further investigation – follow-through until resolution is vital 

Role Qualifications

  • Competency with a content management system 
  • Prior experience with email marketing software is a plus 
  • Experienced in writing HTML and CSS; familiarity with JavaScript is a plus 
  • Familiar with digital design, asset creation, and knowledge of Adobe Suite 
  • Technically savvy and able to learn new concepts and software applications quickly 
  • Ability to answer questions technical questions and troubleshoot problems 
  • Strong ability for multi-tasking and working independently 
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and time-management skills  
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with tight time constraints
