Role Summary

Anthropologie Group is seeking a visionary and dynamicGlobal Executive Director of Brand and Digital Marketing with a track record of building and scaling global consumer brands, leading high-performance teams, delivering profitable growth, creating sustainable business models, and unlocking new growth opportunities. This role is responsible for accelerating our global brand growth through comprehensive integrated brand marketing, performance marketing, and social media marketingstrategies.  

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will oversee a talented and dynamic group of marketers whose drive and passion for the brand have helped turn the brand into an even more loved household name. This role is highly cross-functional and requires close collaboration with our customer insights and analytics, editorial copy, merchandising, planning, and creative teams to deliver innovative, customer-driven, data-informed, and brand-elevating campaigns that attract, retain, and fuel our long-term growth. You will also partner closely with our Anthro UK marketing team to enable localized activations, ensure global alignment, and consistency in strategy and execution. 

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and evolve the global marketing strategy across digital, brand, and social media to accelerate business, category, and customer growth. 
  • Oversee all aspects of performance, social, and growth marketing with a strong focus on ROI and customer lifetime value. 
  • Develop, innovate, and oversee execution of brand, social, and influencer marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with brand voice, seasonal storytelling, and cultural relevance. 
  • Own the social media strategy across all platforms, driving innovation in content, community engagement, and platform growth. 
  • Partner with the UK marketing team to identify and activate regional campaigns, align on global strategy go-to-market, share best practices, and ensure brand consistency across regions. 
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and accountability. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners in Creative, Merchandising, Digital, and Analytics to bring campaigns to life. 
  • Champion an inclusive, curious, and customer-first mindset across all marketing initiatives. 

Role Qualifications

  • 15+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, ideally in retail, fashion, or lifestyle brands. 
  • Experience in or with global teams and markets. 
  • Proven success in launching multiple brands and achieving category leadership. 
  • Demonstrated experience in managing, developing and developing integrated marketing teams and strategies across digital, brand, and social. 
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a deep understanding of performance marketing and customer data. 
  • Exceptional leadership and communication skills with a passion for developing talent. 
  • A creative, collaborative, and entrepreneurial spirit aligned with the Anthropologie brand. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA a plus.
