Role Summary

The DTC Manager of Planning & Analysis is a key player in providing valuable & actionable insight into driving demand. This person will be tasked with helping manage the day-to-day operations of the digital business by partnering cross functionally and performing weekly & ad-hoc analysis to improve sales, conversion, productivity, and other key metrics. This role will aid in creating and refining forecasts to provide benchmarks for category and channel performance.

Role Responsibilities

 DTC Business Analysis & Actionable Insights

  • Analyze weekly reporting & provide insight and key notes for Monday business review & recaps
  • Review web metrics including Traffic, PDP Views, CVR & AOV by category and Marketing Channels.
  • Dive into what’s working and where there is opportunity across all areas.
  • Present Key info and own Hindsight’s & Monthly Business updates
  • Provide measurable analysis on enhancements & changes to site.
  • Work & collaborate cross functional including business system teams, senior Business analyst, Merch, Marketing and Analytics to support business goals and develop, enhance & automate reporting.

  Forecasting

  • Own forecasting including Demand, Traffic, CVR & AOV.
  • Create daily/weekly & monthly web metric plans to tie to current forecast & full year budgets.
  • Provide insight and collaborate with the marketing team to create channel level forecasts.
  • Work cross functionally with planning partners to review daily sales and OTB forecasts.
  • Provide insight into key trends to inform future forecasts.
  • Forecast impact of promotional activity on business and provide scenarios when needed
  • Start to develop product level forecasts and leverage current planning system to do so.

Role Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

5-10 years of ecommerce and or planning experience

Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and proficiency in data analytics tools like Microstrategy, Google Analytics & AI software.

Strong communication, collaboration skills, and experience in a business enviorment.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams

Time management: Juggling multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Comfortable digging into data, analyzing and making recomendations
