Role Summary

URBN is looking for a Systems Analyst who is a technically proficient individual responsible for providing on-site project management and software support at our Nuuly Fulfillment Center. They play a pivotal role in assessing, prioritizing, and communicating software issues identified within the fulfillment center. They will work closely with internal Nuuly teams and third-party vendors, the Systems Analyst conducts on-site assessments, defines severity and priority levels for issues, and collaborates to resolve them efficiently.

 

Additionally, this role assumes accountability for executing key project deliverables related to warehouse management software enhancements. They are highly motivated with a keen aptitude for quickly learning new technologies.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver upon tasks required to implement new software, hardware or operational procedures in our fulfillment center environment.
  • Must be able to manage deliverables and timelines while working across multiple projects within the facility.
  • Anticipate and identify issues that may prevent completion of project deliverables and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
  • Investigate issues reported by warehouse associates to identify software/hardware issues or potential improvements.
  • Ownership of software support requests in the fulfillment center with the ability to effectively communicate details and severity to internal teams.
  • Ability to work with internal teams to proactively identify gaps in products or software that support our various warehouse operation workflows.
  • Perform on-site testing and validation of software pre and post-deployment of any changes, upgrades, and or bug fixes.

Role Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • College Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in logistics, supply chain/distribution, or related technical environment is required.
  • Strong understanding of logistics and order management interactions between systems, processes, and operations.
  • Experience using SQL to query data is a plus.
  • Familiarity with supply chain and logistics operations and experience working with warehouse management software is desired.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills to be able to identify, escalate, and communicate the impact and eventual resolution of software issues.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to adapt as the external environment and organization evolves.
