URBN Manager, Leadership Development

URBN is searching for a Manager, Leadership Development to join the organizaton. The Manager, Leadership Development plays a critical role in designing and delivering engaging, high-impact learning experiences that grow leadership capability across the organization. This role requires strong facilitation skills and a passion for engaging learners in both in-person and virtual settings. You’ll partner closely with internal stakeholders to support the design and execution of blended learning programs, cohort-based initiatives, and learning resources aligned with company strategy.

• Facilitate high-quality leadership development experiences, both in person and virtually.
• Design and develop learning content, toolkits, facilitator guides, and blended program materials using adult learning principles and instructional design best practices.
• Translate business priorities, leadership competencies, and employee feedback into meaningful learning experiences.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to assess needs, gather insights, and iterate on programming.
• Contribute to cohort and event logistics, including scheduling, communications, participant engagement, and stakeholder updates.
• Leverage learning platforms (e.g., LMS, LinkedIn Learning) to support delivery, feedback collection, and content tracking.
• Support program evaluation by helping gather, analyze, and communicate key data and feedback.
• Stay curious and current. Research leadership trends, benchmark against other companies, and bring fresh thinking to our offerings.
• Act as a credible facilitator and ambassador for the Talent Development team.
• Support the future implementation of 360 feedback tools, including coordination, facilitation of debriefs, and integration of insights into ongoing leadership development plans.
• Partner cross-functionally to ensure leadership development integrates with other talent and culture efforts.

• 5–7 years of experience in learning and development, talent management, or a related field, with at least 3–5 years specifically focused on leadership development.
• Strong facilitation skills with experience leading live, blended, or cohort-based sessions
• Experience designing learning content using adult learning principles and instructional design methods
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail and organizational skill
• Collaborative and inclusive mindset
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; comfort with learning systems and virtual platforms (e.g., Zoom, LMS tools)
