Role Summary

Anthropologie is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Product Development Coordinator with a strong background in sweater development to support both front-end and back-end processes from concept through production.  This role will serve as a key liaison between internal cross-functional teams and external vendors, ensuring timely and accurate communication throughout the product lifecycle.  The ideal candidate is highly organized, outgoing and passionate about sweaters.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee all phases of sweater product development cycle - from initial design hand-off through final production stages
  • Collaborate with Design/Technical Design and Buying to support calendar milestones
  • Support PD functions including seasonal sourcing, yarn library maintenance, archive storage and sample tracking
  • Manage timelines and troubleshoot delays or issues with vendors to support on-time development

Role Qualifications

  • 4+ years experience in production development or production, preferably with sweaters or knitwear
  • Understanding of sweater construction, yarns, gauges and production processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Highly organized with ability to manage multiple styles, timelines and priorities
  • Proficient in PLM systems, Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
