This role will focus on a blend of analytical and machine learning project work, collaborating closely with cross-functional team members and brand partners across the organization. We collaborate with brand teams on marketing and analytics initiatives, spanning customer insights, marketing performance optimization, and broader strategic projects like store clustering that go beyond traditional marketing. The ideal candidate will be comfortable navigating both structured analysis and model development, translating insights into actionable outcomes that support strategic goals.

  • Perform deep-dive analyses to understand and optimize the customer experience
  • Manage the end-to-end data pipeline, including acquisition, cleaning, processing, and feature engineering.
  • Create reports and visualizations that drive decision-making for a variety of partners, including Marketing, Product, Personalization, and Finance
  • Develop and implement statistical and machine learning models for customer segmentation, predictive modeling, and other business applications.

  • Self-starter who can manage priorities independently while collaborating effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture
  • Solid understanding of fundamental Machine Learning concepts (train/dev/test sets, overfitting, scoring metrics)
  • Experience with Cloud platforms (Google Cloud Platform, Amazon Web Services, or Microsoft Azure, etc.) is preferred
  • Strong with ML tools (e.g., scikit-learn, Jupyter Notebooks,  LLMs)
  • Experience with data visualization tools, such as Looker Studio, MicroStrategy, or Tableau
  • Experience in Customer, Marketing, or eCommerce is a plus
  • Experience with web and marketing analytics tools, such as Google Analytics is a plus
