Role Summary

URBN is looking for a proactive and communicative Systems Engineer to maintain and improve our core infrastructure and services, with a focus on productivity, collaboration, endpoint, and identity.

Role Responsibilities

  • Spearhead the implementation of new technologies to align with and support evolving business needs.
  • Oversee the administration and maintenance of designated infrastructure and services.
  • Integrate URBN services seamlessly with SaaS and other applications to enhance identity, authentication, mail flow, and productivity.
  • Manage and resolve escalated issues related to supported systems.
  • Proactively identify and address potential issues within the infrastructure.
  • Participate in on-call rotation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and effective system integration

Role Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience administering Active Directory, Entra ID, Google Workspace, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365/Office 365.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell and Conditional Access.
  • Experience with Identity Management Solutions.
  • Experience with Copilot, Gemini, or similar LLMs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
