Role Summary

 FP Movement is seeking an individual to support across all types of talent partnerships - including but not limited to athletes, campaign talent, and influencers.   The Associate Director of Influencer Relations, FP Movement will be heavily involved in the day-to-day operations of such partnerships and must be comfortable communicating directly with talent and/or their management teams. Furthermore, this role will handle talent outfitting, social post monitoring, and campaign reporting to ensure successful partnerships from start to finish.

Role Responsibilities

·       Support with day-to-day operations of talent partnerships, including talent outfitting, social post monitoring, campaign reporting, etc.

·       Research on-brand talent for future partnerships and compile pitch decks for leadership as needed

·       Coordinate uniform and apparel kits for long-term athlete partners

·       Assist with talent-related logistical elements of photo and video shoots

·       Ensure talent content is uploaded to appropriate internal drives and shared with key cross-functional partners

·       Assist with monthly and quarterly recaps, in addition to monitoring talent performance daily

·       Support with expense tracking and updating project trackers regularly

·       Assist onsite as needed for brand activations, shoot days, etc. (some occasional night and weekend events/shoots required)

 

Role Qualifications

  • 3-4+ years of relevant marketing experience
  • Passion for FP Movement brand and the activewear space
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Well-versed in talent partnerships and campaign execution
  • Comfortable being talent-facing, especially onsite at events, shoots, etc.
  • Extremely organized
  • Strong work ethic and time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize projects and multitask
  • Ability to think and act quickly to meet talent expectations
  • A collaborative, “team-first” attitude
  • Detail-oriented and strategic thinker
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel, Google Suite, CreatorIQ, and Google Analytics preferred, but not required

Pay Range

USD $70,000.00 - USD $75,000.00 /Yr.
