Role Summary

We’re looking for a creative and motivated Junior Digital Designer to join our team in the Philadelphia area. This role is ideal for someone with 1–3 years of experience who is passionate about digital design, eager to grow, and excited to contribute to engaging visual experiences across a range of platforms.

Role Responsibilities

  • Design and produce digital assets including web banners, emails, social media graphics, and site content
  • Support the execution of seasonal campaigns and product launches
  • Collaborate with senior designers, art directors, and other team members to maintain brand consistency and visual excellence
  • Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for digital experiences
  • Participate in team critiques and incorporate feedback to continuously elevate creative output

Role Qualifications

  • 1–3 years of experience in digital design (agency or in-house experience preferred)
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Experience or familiarity with Figma is a huge plus
  • Strong typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A portfolio that demonstrates clean, modern design and attention to detail

Bonus Points:

  • Experience with motion graphics, UX/UI, or working with developers
  • Knowledge of web and email best practices, including file optimization and responsive design
