Role Summary

The Free People Visual Merchandising Coordinator helps coordinate the visual aspects of the Wholesale Free People Movement Division. 

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Help to facilitate visual needs for the wholesale division
    • Includes visual merchandising, imagery, special projects,
  • Participate in launch meeting for each season, create preliminary product stories and ideas
    • Keep season files of all product and design stories for future reference
  • Help coordinate samples to create merchandising stories and outfitting prior to launch of a season to sales.
    • Work with buyers and sales team to understand seasonal needs and reflect these in visual merchandising stories to aid in the selling of a collection
  • Coordinate monthly visual merchandising mockups of major accounts orders.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team before major market appointments to ensure all visual areas are complete and any special requests are understood and complete
  • Keep up to date with fashion trends, especially as they apply to the athletic space.
  • Keep office and workspace organized
