Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for an Executive Assistant and Building Administrator who will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to senior leaders and ensuring the smooth operation of building administration. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, prioritization, time management, problem solving, collaboration, flexibility, and the ability to cover for team members as needed to maintain seamless support and operations. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Manage Calendar & Coordinate meetings 

    • Prepare and/or take notes for specialized meetings 

  • Plan travel, process expenses, manage supplies 

  • Support building management 

  • Other misc. duties

Role Qualifications

  • Previous experience in an Executive Assistant
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. 

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities. 

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software. 

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 

  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
