Role Summary

URBN is looking for a corporate receptionist. This role will work in a fast paced corporate campus environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • answer telephone, screen and direct calls
  • greet persons entering organization
  • direct persons to correct destination
  • maintain security by monitoring check-in and visitor badges issuance
  • maintain telecommunications system
  • deal with queries from the public and customers
  • knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
  • general administrative and clerical support
  • receive and sort deliveries
  • maintain appearance of reception area

Role Qualifications

  • high school diploma
  • knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures
  • knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
  • knowledge of customer service principles and practices
