Role Summary

Terrain is looking for a Web Producer.  Terrain, a lifestyle brand dedicated to delivering exceptional shopping experiences through a unique assortment of home and garden products, is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Web Producer. This role requires a combination of technical skills, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple tasks to ensure the best online customer experience.

Role Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Activations on TR:
    • Manage and execute product activations for Terrain on the TR platform, ensuring all products are accurately represented.
  • Audit of SKUs:
    • Conduct regular audits of SKUs on Terrain site to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Navigation Item and Category Setup:
    • Set up and refine navigation items and categories to enhance user experience and site organization.
  • Tech Ticket Management:
    • Manage technical tickets for site issues or enhancements, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to site performance.
  • On-Site Search Management:
    • Identify opportunities for improvement through search reporting.
    • Manage search and browse algorithms, as well as ranking profiles, to optimize search results.
  • Dynamic Rules and Navigation Refinements:
    • Set up dynamic rules and refine navigation for promotions on the TR site.
    • Conduct merchandising and quality assurance checks after promotions go live.
  • Attribute Management:
    • Maintain and update attribute values, facets, and filters in UC Admin to ensure accurate product categorization and searchability.
  • Inventory Troubleshooting:
    • Troubleshoot inventory issues and partner with the BOPS team to address and resolve them.
  • SEO Copy Management:
    • Add and update SEO copy on the site to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including Merchandising, Buying, Operations, Photo Studio, Copy, DC/Call Center, SEO, Marketing, Planning, Analytics, UX/Research, and Creative teams.
    • Deliver brand-appropriate product categories based on product attribution, merchandising feedback, current trends, and analysis of product and category metrics.
  • Activation Direction Guidelines:
    • Maintain and update activation direction guidelines provided by TR for the Terrain web production team.
  • Web Request Monitoring:
    • Monitor the web request document for issues shared by partners and ensure they are addressed promptly.
  • Biweekly Markdowns:
    • Implement and manage biweekly markdowns to keep the product assortment fresh and relevant.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and strategies.
