Role Summary

Anthropologie Group is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager to join our Marketing Analytics team as a temporary position for Maternity leave cover. This role will support the Marketing Analytics team by managing communication and coordination between cross-functional partners and various vendors, with a primary focus on our MMM/MTA vendor. The ideal candidate will have strong project management skills, excellent communication abilities, and a keen understanding of marketing analytics. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Oversee and manage marketing analytics projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives. 
  • Vendor Coordination: Act as the primary liaison with our MMM/MTA vendor, facilitating communication, managing timelines, and ensuring deliverables meet our standards. 
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between the Marketing Analytics team and other departments, ensuring clear and consistent communication. 
  • Reporting and Documentation: Develop and maintain project documentation, including timelines, status reports, and meeting notes. 
  • Stakeholder Management: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any concerns or issues that arise during project execution. 
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency within the Marketing Analytics team. 
  • Support Senior Marketing Analyst: Assist with various tasks as needed, including data analysis, report generation, and presentation preparation. 

Role Qualifications

  • At least 4 years of experience in serving as a Project Manager on engagements that delivered a Marketing (CRM, Campaign Management) or a Digital (Web, e-comm) solution, preferably in the Retail industry. 
  • Experience in project managing on initiatives that launched Marketing Campaign Automation capabilities (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Marketing Cloud, etc) or CRM/CDP capabilities. Project management experience in Digital Commerce solutions.
  • In depth knowledge of MMM, MTA and Incrementality measurement solutions and vendor management 
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Collaborative personality with the ability to also work independently
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented organization
