Role Summary

URBN is searching for a Supply Chain Manager to join a fantastic team. The Supply Chain Manager provides leadership and analysis to support forecasting, long-range planning, and network modeling for the global supply chain.  This high-profile role also serves as a technical advisor to the Supply Chain senior leadership and works directly on the largest priorities and greatest challenges across our global supply chain.  This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong teamwork and communication, and effective leadership of an analyst team.  The Supply Chain Manager role is an excellent opportunity for a mid-career candidate looking for a broad range of experience across all supply chain disciplines along with a high degree of executive exposure. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop analysts supporting all supply chain planning and forecasting responsibilities
  • Ownership of sales & operation planning and forecasting for the global supply chain
  • Ensure global business processes are adhered to and audit for compliance
  • Lead long-range planning to inform network design and expansion initiatives across the global supply chain
  • Partner with logistics and transportation teams on network capacity planning and risk mitigation
  • Ownership of supply chain metrics and scorecard, including development of fact based and data driven measurements of performance and clear communication on top opportunities
  • Provide technical advisory to the Chief Supply Officer on strategic priorities across all global supply chain disciplines
  • Establish a regular dialogue with brand and executive leadership to influence and drive continuous improvement on top opportunities and strategic priorities

Role Qualifications

  • 7+ years of increasing responsibility within a global supply chain discipline (transportation, planning & analytics, engineering, finance, logistics).
  • Experience working within a large global supply chain organization, ecommerce experience preferred
  • Prior leadership experience preferred
