This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of our supply chain operations by leveraging AI, data analytics, and modern technologies to drive innovation, efficiency, and strategic decision-making.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the design, implementation, and optimization of scalable, high-performing supply chain system solutions, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise applications.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives, translate them into technical and operational requirements, and design solutions that optimize supply chain processes.

  • Drive the use of AI, machine learning, and data analytics to enhance supply chain efficiency, improve accuracy, and streamline decision-making processes.

  • Manage the architecture, design, and development of system integrations, focusing on Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and other critical supply chain technologies to ensure data consistency, reliability, and security.

  • Evaluate and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks that leverage cloud-based solutions, microservices, and automation to enhance system capabilities and business agility.

  • Establish best practices, technical standards, and governance frameworks for supply chain systems.

  • Partner with IT infrastructure teams to ensure system stability, performance, and security compliance.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in supply chain systems to drive continuous innovation.

  • Develop technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and reference materials to support system design and implementation.

  • Lead efforts in testing, training, and implementation to ensure smooth deployment and user adoption of supply chain systems.

  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.

Role Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience in technology management and architecture with a focus on supply chain systems.

  • Proven track record of managing and implementing enterprise-grade supply chain technology solutions.

  • Experience with Warehouse Control Systems (WCS) and system integrations related to warehousing, logistics, and inventory management.

  • Deep understanding of supply chain processes, including procurement, logistics, inventory management, and demand planning.

  • Hands-on experience with Manhattan supply chain systems or similar.

  • Strong proficiency in system integration, API design, and data architecture.

  • Expertise in SQL, data modeling, and performance optimization.

  • Experience with cloud-based architectures, microservices, and automation technologies is a plus.

  • Familiarity with AI and machine learning applications in supply chain optimization.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and recommend effective solutions.

  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Experience working on global technology initiatives across business functions.
