Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for an Omni Operations Coordinator who will play a key role in supporting the objectives and initiatives of the Anthropologie and Terrain brands. This position requires strong cross-functional collaboration to help achieve business goals. In Omni Operations, our goal is to ensure products activate correctly the first time and that SKU data remains accurate, providing customers with the best possible shopping experience. Support continuous process improvements and ensure products are set up properly for seamless activations. As new processes emerge, this role will provide essential support to optimize online product selling, always prioritizing the customer experience.

Role Responsibilities

SKU Accuracy Management

· Create exception reports to monitor accuracy for proper color and size codes, web attributes, and Direct Style #s

· Monitor pricing, sizing and color variances between Standard/Petite/Plus and Sets

Turnover/Activation Support

· Develop a comprehensive understanding of our processes from Turnover through Activation

· Ensure our products are available to sell – monitoring products not yet online or online without an activation date

· Troubleshoot products on activation list for several days

Product Migrations

· Support product migration projects across buying, copy, retouching and web production

· Maintain working document for all cross-functional partners and track progress until completion

· Assist with migration of digital assets to support retouching

Product Reviews

· Assist with collecting data from vendors in order to syndicate reviews online

· Troubleshoot reviews missing online

Additional Responsibilities

· As additional processes are identified by the Omni Ops team, provide support to enable selling products online in the best way for the customer

 

Role Qualifications

2 -3 years work experience, preferably operational-based with experience utilizing multiple computer systems.
