  • Lead marketing channel attribution, from data collection to triangulation of insights across Multi-Touch Attribution (MTA), Media Mix Modeling (MMM), and Incrementality/CVR Lift Testing frameworks, coupled with learnings from campaign, customer journey, and behavioral analyses

  • Own scenario planning, forecasting, and paid budget allocation from a data-driven lens

  • Analyze product and category-level performance (e.g. Denim, Activewear, Dresses) and proactively identify opportunities

  • Develop high-impact reporting and distribute enterprise-wide, including maintaining the underlying data infrastructure and tags and collaborating with internal teams to proactively flag and resolve issues

  • Distill quantitative insights into qualitative and actionable recommendations through clear delivery and communication skills

Role Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Strong aptitude for reading and understanding quantitative data
  • 4+ years in an ecommerce, retail, or marketing agency environment analyzing data and translating insights into stories with actionable recommendations
  • 2+ years of practical experience with marketing attribution (MMM, MTA), testing, and budget optimization across digital and brand channels
  • Advanced experience writing and executing queries in a database environment (SQL/SAS/R or similar)
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities at once
  • Strong communication skills and ability to champion data in a creative, fast-paced, and results-oriented organization
  • Collaborative personality with the ability to also work independently

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience using data visualization tools (Tableau, Qlik, Domo, etc.)
  • Experience with digital analytics applications (Google Analytics, Adobe Omniture, etc.) measuring site performance and engagement
  • Hands-on marketing experience with at least one digital channel (PPC, SEO, display, social, affiliates, email, app push, SMS)
