Role Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to join Nuuly’s Creative Operations Team. This team serves an important function as the liaison between the creative, marketing, and merchandising teams and ensures content for various marketing channels are completed on time. With guidance from the Creative Operations Manager, you will own the task and timeline creation for Nuuly’s always-on marketing efforts throughout the year with collaboration from key stakeholders.

Role Responsibilities

  • Asana Task + Timeline Management: Asana is our project management tool that we use to create, update, and track tasks across various marketing projects. In this role you will be one of our Asana experts, managing the many tasks that ladder up to milestones and projects in Asana. 
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between team members by ensuring that task-related information is up to date in Asana. Provide regular updates on task progress and any potential roadblocks to the creative ops manager or relevant stakeholders via relevant Slack channels.
  • Support: Assist the Creative Project Manager with day-to-day tasks that support operations of our creative team and project management of larger initiatives. This would include things like creating agendas and sending out status updates through relevant Slack channels. 
  • Quality Assurance: Review tasks and project details to ensure accuracy and completeness. Verify that all necessary information, assets, and instructions are included for seamless project execution.
  • Process Improvement: Review all boards and document how processes have changed from the implementation of the Asana tool to now. Always look through things with a lens of continuous improvement and come with suggestions to refresh our processes. 

Role Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. 
  • Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • A strong desire to explore, learn, and continuously improve. Willingness to ask questions, challenge assumptions, and seek innovative solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Job Skills

  • Project Management Software Proficiency:  Mastery of Asana or similar tools for task tracking, progress monitoring, and deadline adherence.
  • Independent and Collaborative Work Ethic:  Ability to self-manage and take ownership of tasks while seamlessly integrating with team members to achieve shared goals.
  • Excellent Communication Skills:  Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration and ensure everyone is aligned.
