Anthropologie Visual Merchandising Manager

This role plays an important part in supporting brand initiatives, goals, cross channel product storytelling, styling alignment and visual merchandising consistency.  This is a visual role to manage all aspects of company direction in the Home categories. The Home VMM will work closely with high level field talent and the Home Office teams on store needs. 

Responsibilities: Ownership of Mock Store Prototypes 

-Participate in all visual prototypes for the field, including partnerships with CED for in store protos. 

-Participate in all seasonal style-outs and show backs to the executive team 

-Manage flow of samples with merchants 

-Create and manage loop communication and visual direction to stores  

-Partner and communicate with merchants 

-Understand store marketing needs and place within home shops 

-Develop creative ideas to push assortment forward through merchandising 

-Develop fixture training 

-Partner with styling and service team 

-Partner to develop field through proto connections and field visits 

• Anthro brand fan
• 5+ years store visual merchandising and leadership experience
• Strong merchant skills and a history of delivering financial results
• Experience with floor planning
• Proven record of developing great talent
• passion for visual merchandising and styling 
• related experience working within a vertical retail environment 
• strong understanding of current retail landscape, trends and can execute moving the brand forward 
• creativity and innovative idea generation
