Role Summary

Nuuly is seeking a Senior Associate, Brand Marketing to play a key role in shaping and executing brand initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and customer growth. This role will support integrated marketing campaigns, partnerships, and brand storytelling across owned, earned, and paid channels. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative thinker with a passion for fashion, sustainability, and culture, who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Role Responsibilities

Brand Strategy & Campaign Execution

  • Support the development and execution of 360° marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Assist in the planning and execution of seasonal brand moments, and experiential initiatives by partnering with cross-functional teams, including Influencer, Creative, Growth, PR, and Merchandising, to ensure messaging is consistent and compelling
  • Contribute to the development of compelling narratives that highlight Nuuly’s unique value proposition
  • Partner with the Marketing Analytics team in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, using data-driven insights to inform future strategies

Partnerships & Collaborations

  • Support strategic brand partnerships, including talent collaborations, sponsorships, and community-driven initiatives
  • Lead the execution of strategic charitable giving projects in collaboration with cross functional teams
  • Help manage relationships with external partners, ensuring alignment with Nuuly’s brand values and goals
  • Track and measure partnership performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization

Press & Affiliate Marketing

  • Lead day-to-day PR agency requests, promptly communicating all needs to internal/external partners, and manage all Seasonal PR Asset, Copy, and URL Requests 
  • Act as key communicator of Nuuly Marketing Roadmap initiatives to PR agency, constantly looking for optimizations in ways of working 
  • Manage Nuuly’s Affiliate Marketing program in coordination with the supporting agency partners
  • Proactively seek and vet incoming Affiliate opportunities for the brand

  • Understands marketing KPIs and the marketing funnel
  • Strong project management, process management and organization skills
  • Self-starter and strong team player who can act as both a collaborator and an owner/leader
  • Flexibility in a start-up-like environment is critical. Must be willing to both think strategically and roll up sleeves as needed. Must be flexible when business priorities change


Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of experience in Brand Marketing, Advertising, or a related role
  • A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for internal & external communication
  • Strong organization skills inclusive of building timelines and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • A proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
  • Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration
  • Results-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • General awareness of/experience working with influencers & talent a plus
  • General awareness of/experience working with media companies and partners a plus
