Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for Studio Operations intern to join us for the Summer.  This intern will:

  • Display excellent planning and organizing skills
  • Shows a keen attention to detail and is adaptive to change and meeting the needs of multiple partners
  • Possesses strong time-management and can effectively multi-task
  • Exhibits excellent interpersonal skills, engages others and acts as a resource
  • Takes responsibility for providing the checks and balances to studio processes from start to finish
  • Understands our customer and their role in helping to deliver high-quality imagery to them

The URBN 2025 Summer Internship Program will run from 6/2 through 8/8 at our Home Office in Philadelphia, PA.   

 

Role Responsibilities

Turnover

  • Ensure all (Holiday – “Trim”) samples for web are correctly labeled and passed to the Studio in a timely manner
  • Accurately checks in and tracks samples in MTS through scanning and reporting
  • Provides accurate product counts by category to Studio Operations and Stills Styling + Photography Teams in order to efficiently schedule each week’s workflow
  • Communicate any sample issues with Buying teams prior to photography

 

Samples

  • Creates and maintains a check-in / check-out process for (Holiday – “Trim”) samples flowing in and out of the Studio outside of Turnover process
    • Ensure organization is maintained between buildings pre and post photography
  • Monitors sample return process with Buying teams
  • Maintains product flow from creative and ecommerce sets to ensure product is shot and ready to activate by deadlines
  • Assist Styling team with any sample related questions and needs
  • Be the liaison between Studio + Building managers for sample storage after Photography process

Role Qualifications

 

  • Maintains an enthusiastic and open demeanor and can manage conflicting needs of cross-functional partners
  • Acts as the point person for any turnover requests from all partners (deadline extensions, priority requests, etc.)
  • Trains new buying team members as necessary on Studio and Turnover processes
