Role Summary

The Associate Ptoducer’s primary responsibility is supporting the Junior Producer in producing e-commerce shoots. Additionally, they provide support for all photography, video and product efforts of the production team. This includes daily e-commerce shoots, ship and shoots, creative + social shoots and larger creative team projects and internal team needs.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist Junior Producer on daily aspects of e-comm studio photography, including but not limited to, coordinating schedules for in-house team and outside talent, book travel and transportation for all hired talent, making sure sets are ready on time, all talent is on set on time, and that all sets are running smoothly
  • Assist in all aspects of Los Angeles-based ship and shoots – booking model, photographer, location and sending out call sheet
  • Organize and distribute call sheets, production schedules and other shoot-related documents
  • Coordinate & communicate information on availability of freelancers, models and in-house teams to relevant parties and consistently update production docs
  • Book freelancers, model and groomers on a weekly basis
  • Collect, process, and rectify invoices/expenses on a daily basis
  • Being present in the office 5 days a week and positioning yourself as the go to member of the production team
  • Assist Production team with travel booking, call-sheet development, obtaining COIs, carnets gathering and shipping samples for shoots, and other administrative tasks
  • Assist with in-office operations, i.e. scheduling, running errands, lunch ordering, help with invoicing, managing petty cash, expense reimbursement for Executives, timesheets and various other department tasks
  • Assist team with gathering and noting creative team feedback on talent
  • Assist team with scheduling portfolio reviews with agencies and model meet & greets
  • Responsible for sending vendor mailings, gifts and correspondence
  • Periodically requires atypical business hours
  • Assist production when it comes to working with our cross brand partners

Role Qualifications

  • Interest in photography and/or multimedia environment
  • Highly organized with attention to detail
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Self-starter with developed interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and multi-task
  • Adaptive to change, tight deadlines and can work with a sense of urgency
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel. Working knowledge of PowerPoint, InDesign and Photoshop a plus
