Role Summary

The Anthropologie Merchandising team supports the home decorating growth and initiatives, champions the web, and aligns messaging that covers breadth of themes and looks. The Digital Merchandiser will collaborate cross functionally with different teams to manage the flow of product and story telling, as well as the overall maintenance of the site.

Role Responsibilities

The Digital Merchandiser will help with the strategy related to the below responsibilities, and manage an Assistant Merchandiser who will own the execution:

  • Category Page Merchandising (faceouts, dsaps, lock tiles & algorithm management) 
  • PDP Management (creative alts/ faceouts, rec trays, collection, make it a match, etc,) 
  • Search Optimizations (OSS, SEO & TBD Home version of Trendalytics) 
  • Onsite Content (Gateways, LP’s, Banners etc.) 
  • Navigation, Filters, & Trend Shop maintenance (taxonomy) 
  • Marketing CT’s and Experiences 
  • Testing Initiatives 
  • Reporting
  • Product Activations (daily & campaign launches)
  • Inventory Management for featured content styles (Email, HPG, Paid & Organic Social)
  • Special Projects including new tech initiatives, etc.  

Role Qualifications

• Ability to interpret data and make strategic merchandising decisions 

• Achievement oriented with demonstrated leadership potential 
• Strong communication & organizational skills
• Good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize & multi-task
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint
• Proactive personality with exceptional interpersonal skills
• Capable of working cross-functionally with teams across the organization to help support the digital channel
• Ability to prioritize and maintain a high level of accuracy completing multiple tasks in a fast paced, dynamic environment
• Interest/knowledge of home interiors, trends, and general understanding of Anthropologie brand

 

Minimum 5+ years related work experience 

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field
Location: Philadelphia, PA
Travel: Minimal travel required
