Role Summary

Nuuly is seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Associate, Paid Social who will be responsible for the strategy, development, implementation, and ongoing management of paid social marketing campaigns with the goal of driving efficient subscriber growth. They are also responsible for supporting other media channels such as video, programmatic, or new and emerging channels.

Role Responsibilities

  • Own the strategy, development and optimization of paid social campaigns
  • Manage channel budget month to month and reallocate budget effectively, make recommendations for budget increases or decreases in accordance with CAC goals
  • Track spend and performance to report on effectiveness of campaigns
  • Coordinate with marketing team to develop insights that help drive acquisition and enhance customer lifetime value
  • Cross-collaboration with various internal teams including Analytics, Creative, Brand Marketing, Product Management, and Finance
  •  

 

Role Qualifications

  • 2-3 years experience planning, executing, and managing large-scale paid social campaigns with customer acquisition goals
  • Experience running ads and reporting on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and Snapchat
  • Structured thinking and ability to communicate plans and performance
  • Data, technical focused person with marketing analytics experience
