Role Summary

This role will support the Marketing Operations team by assisting in day-to-day duties, including managing marketing signage and assisting in budget management and campaign briefing processes. You will work in tandem with cross functional partners to streamline operations.

Role Responsibilities

Signage:

 

  • Act as the liaison between the marketing/art teams for monthly signage kits and various one off requests
  • Build out monthly signage briefs
  • Brief in requests to Monday.com and create Basecamp projects to track/update milestones and pass copy details/imagery
  • Maintain distro’s for both monthly signage kits and one off requests; working with allocators/visual and merch for accurate store allocations
  • Create monthly approval and released packs
  • Work closely with store operations team by sending monthly store communications which includes creating the Comms Pack, Signage Worksheet and Keep/Discard List
  • Track missing signage requests and facilitate sending new signs
  • Update Store List as stores open and close and brief in NSO signage needs

 

Marketing Operations:

 

  • Create quarterly brief templates for brand marketing teams
  • Partner with Associate Manager of Marketing Operations to assist in sending out campaign briefs, scheduling reminders and setting up kick off calls
  • Act as a liaison between brand marketing and creative teams to facilitate any updated brief timelines/additions as necessary
  • Build out, upload and track brief status updates in Marketing Overview Monday board

 

Budget Management:

 

  • Submit all marketing operation invoices
  • Own and update the marketing operations invoice tracker
  • Keep up to date on signage forecasts/actuals
  • Set up the trial balance template’s monthly
  • Assist in facilitating open CRM invoices with the brand marketing and finance teams

Role Qualifications

 

  • Has a process driven and operational mindset
  • Exhibits strong attention to detail and is adaptive to change
  • Willingness to learn in addition to spearhead new ideas
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Possesses strong time-management and can effectively multi-task
  • Proficient in Excel
