Nuuly is seeking a curious, thoughtful person to join our Strategy & Insights team as the Customer Insights Analyst. Our team is responsible for gathering and analyzing qualitative and quantitative customer data and market. We use insights to advocate on behalf of the customer and provide strategic recommendations to leadership across the Nuuly organization. This is a key competency within a new brand that is dedicated to continuous business evolution and optimization.
The Customer Insights Analyst will manage and expand the ongoing insights program at Nuuly – collecting and communicating learnings about our customers – and support research projects conducted to evaluate opportunity areas.
