Role Summary

Anthropologie Living is looking for a Temporary Assistant PD Coordinator to support the Product Development Manager. This role involves collaborating with the Décor Class merchant and design partners to coordinate and execute product development in the Mirrors, Lighting, and Hardware categories. 

 

Role Responsibilities

  • Ensure product data accuracy across platforms
  • Hand off briefs and approve CADs
  • Update sample photos and capture revision history
  • Manage calendar milestones and deadlines
  • Create VSN and style pages
  • Handle sample logistics (shipping, receiving, unpackaging)
  • Track R&D submissions with vendors
  • Send sample requests and ensure vendor tracking
  • Organize COO sample containers
  • Create sample POs and NMPOs
  • Draft PLs and track deliveries
  • Coordinate with warehouse receiving teams
  • Ensure database accuracy for customs clearance
  • Manage post-finalization revisions
  • Share product and approval info with teams

Role Qualifications

  • 0-2+ years of experience in a support role preferred
  • Proficiency in Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Office Suite
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong ability to prioritize projects and manage multiple tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proactive attitude and ownership mentality for coordinated activities
