Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a replenishment planner who will maximize Sales and Inventory flow by Sku on Core Products for both Retail and DTC as well as provide supporting analysis to Planning & Merchant teams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Planning and Merchant teams to develop Long Life OTB plans by Channel that align with long-term goals and opportunities.
  • Prepare fabric projections for key fabrics used in seasonal collections.
  • Provide unit guides by Sku for each program, considering factors like color and channel based on historical productivity of same or like style.
  • Create Weekly Sales plans by Sku for key programs for both Retail and DTC.
  • Monitor Sales projections and in-stock levels to identify potential risks or opportunities.
  • Reforecast weekly sales projections to adapt to current trends.
  • Evaluate SKU productivity and program effectiveness incorporate views per sku at DTC.
  • Perform depth analysis to optimize inventory levels.
  • Conduct size analysis to ensure optimal size allocation.

Role Qualifications

  • Two to Three years of experience in a Planning or Allocation role.
  • Strong statistical analysis skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, prioritizing, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well within a team environment.
  • Technical skill proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
