Role Summary

FP Movement is looking for a Sr. Account Executive to oversee all sales activities as the business owner for a key growth account.  This includes formulating and communicating all business growth opportunities, conflict resolution and managing all cross-functional communication.  Drive and maintain the strategic relationship while managing all day to day business functions.  Three areas of focus are accurate order management, creation of brand focused in-store assortment recommendations and relationship management.

Role Responsibilities

  • Utilize business findings to develop future strategies and influence buys.
  • Build recommended assortments focusing on key brand strategies for each season.
  • Work with customer buying team to identify opportunities and risks to the business.
  • Grow market share with key partner and open new categories of business.
  • Manage 1 direct report with focus on career development and advancement.
  • Occasional travel to host customer at home office or NYSR.

Role Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years working at Dick's Sporting Goods in their buying office or working with Dick's Sporting Goods in sales role.
  • Buying office experience preferred.
  • Must reside in Pittsburgh to properly manage the account.
  • Excellent communication skills; strong follow up and follow through.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Power Point.  Comfortable learning new computer programs.
  • Strong presentation skills with comfort level speaking to all levels of upper management.
