Role Summary

Free People is looking for a Senior Creative Partnerships Manager. The Senior Creative Partnerships Manager will predominantly focus on growing the brand collaboration business for Free People and FP Movement.  The candidate must be able to identify and connect with relevant brand and service partners and be prepared to regularly propose creative collaborations. This candidate should be plugged into fashion trends, news and competitor collaborations and have an eye for creative opportunities. 

 

They will be responsible for pitching large and small scale collaborations both internally and externally and therefore needs to be a brand representative and an expert on all business strategies and talking points for both Free People and FP Movement.  They should be an excellent communicator who is able to work cross functionally but also handle large projects independently and have a strong sense of time management, marketing strategy, and organization.   

 

This role will require someone who is able to handle all elements of collaborations from concepting and sourcing partners to contract execution, marketing campaign strategy and profitability models.   Ideally this candidate has strong existing contacts in the fashion and retail industry and can leverage those to bring out of the box opportunities to the brand.

Role Responsibilities

 

  • Assist Director of Partnerships with partner relationship management, strategy, and campaign execution
  • Source creative partner relationships and be prepared to pitch partner integration concepts
  • Build creative sponsorship and brand decks for partner pitching
  • Have strong networking and relationship building skills
  • Experience in product collaborations with brands and services
  • Manage all creative partner contract negotiations and legal correspondence
  • Stay on top of competitor partnerships and relevant campaigns to share with the team and inspire ideas
  • Manage project budgets and P+L’s
  • Maintain partnership relations through scheduled quarterly in person meetings and brainstorming sessions as needed
  • Manage creative partnership project performance recaps
  • Work cross functionally with buying, merchandising, creative and digital marketing teams to share project plans and strengthen marketing strategy

Role Qualifications

 

  • Minimum of 6 years’ experience in marketing with a focus on product collaborations
  • Excellent at project and time management
  • Highly organized with a calendarized approach to projects
  • Skilled in creative presentations and deck creations
  • Have relevant fashion brand/industry contacts
  • Experience using Excel, Canva, Google Docs and PowerPoint
  • Ability to travel as needed and be in the Philadelphia office 1-2 days a week
