Role Summary

URBN is hiring an IT Support Analyst who is responsible for supporting all IT systems within the Distribution Center (DC) and other desktop support across the enterprise. This position is responsible for prioritizing work efforts with IT and be the main point of contact for all escalation related to critical priority one issues.

Role Responsibilities

  • This position will be the main point of contact for all priority incidents within the Reno, NV DC campus
  • Daily prioritization of all Service Desk IT incidents and service requests
  • Work with Distribution Center business to continually improve on IT service levels and recommend changes to improve as required
  • This position will help drive the adherence of IT standards for hardware and support within DC
  • This position will be expected to keep current on technologies related to run the production IT systems
  • This position will be instrumental in interfacing with other offsite IT Support teams

Role Qualifications

  • Technical Degree in a computer related field or 2+ years experience working in a desktop support role
  • Excellent customer service experience working with critical production situations with the ability to train end users
  • Prior experience working with 3rd party vendors for incident escalation/resolution and future upgrades related to systems in CC and DC
  • Networking experience with wired and wireless technologies including RF
  • Ability to manage several critical incidents and escalate to IT management as necessary
