Role Summary

Anthropologie is looking for a Vendor Relations Associate. The Vendor Relations Associate will support the day-to-day needs of the Anthropologie Brand Marketing Team. This person will work directly with the Associate Manager, Vendor Relations to provide external vendors and collaboration partners with marketing strategies to help achieve their goals and grow their businesses at Anthropologie across multiple consumer touchpoints –including in store, social media, and digital campaigns. The Vendor Relations Associate will leverage knowledge of traditional, digital and social marketing combined with advanced communication skills and analytical abilities to support the Associate Manager, Vendor Relations in both identifying new and enhancing existing vendor opportunities. In this role, they will help to drive the vendor program by communicating with vendor and cross-functional partners, providing creative solutions to potential roadblocks, and recapping/analyzing marketing performance, facilitating meetings, and overseeing logistical needs.

Role Responsibilities

Assist Associate Manager, Vendor Relations in:

 

Co-op Client Services
• Attending pitch presentations and being an active, supportive face for the program
• Requesting and organizing vendor brand guidelines and product priorities to help inform messaging and creative direction for all campaigns
• Sharing Influencer options for respective campaigns and relaying all vendor feedback to the corresponding team to action

 

Co-op Campaign Execution & Reporting
• Briefing in and tracking co-op marketing needs from concept to completion; maintaining the co-op marketing tracker and following up with teams as needed to ensure timely execution of all deliverables
• Assisting in gathering & sharing SKU lists, product priorities and brand messaging for upcoming deliverables with internal partners
• Communicating with Influencer Team for all requests related to co-op gifting/content generation
• Developing pitch and recap decks, partnering with Analytics and Digital Marketing Team leads to gather necessary data and creative assets as needed
• Executing product ordering and shipping

 

Co-op Invoicing, Budgeting and Forecasting
• Partnering with Associate Manager, Vendor Relations to create, disseminate and track incoming co-op funds, invoices, and other budgeting updates
• Ensuring we are sticking to budget guidelines for each campaign, thus maximizing incoming funds
• Assisting with tracking progress for yearly sales goals

 

Home/Apparel Collaborations
• Templating artist marketing overview documents, creative briefs, and recaps; partnering with the Artist Administrator to review upcoming artist collaborations priorities and updates
• Overseeing marketing strategy for Tier 3 collaborations, including partnering with cross-functional teams for channel-specific input/results and communicating changes to launch dates & timelines
• Gathering & tracking coverage for exclusive launches

Role Qualifications

• 3-4 years marketing experience desired
• A charismatic and proactive style of communication desired for external communication
• Strong organization skills inclusive of building timelines and able to work on a variety of projects at one time in a fast-paced environment
• Strong writing and communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and work with a variety of cross-functional partners across multiple teams
• General awareness of/experience working with digital (paid social, email, affiliate, etc.) media campaigns a plus
• Motivated by curiosity, whether solving a problem, pursuing a new experience, or seeking creative inspiration
• A proven ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization, fostering strong cross-functional teamwork and results
• Results-driven, solution-oriented, flexible, self-driving, and must have the ability to change course quickly, think big and start small, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
