Role Summary

Perform all tasks required to assist the International Treasury Manager in the day to day operations of cash management for the international business units operated on behalf of URBN, Inc. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Maintain all bank reporting and transaction documentation for daily use and reconciliation purposes.
  • Establish Daily Cash position for European bank accounts.
  • Reconcile and record bank activity on a daily/ monthly basis.
  • Coordinate with European AP, Payroll, Compliance/Tax, and Property Departments to ensure all payments/refunds are correctly recorded in General Ledger.
  • Manage the processing of Accounts Receivable invoices.
  • Assist International Treasury Manager on submittal and approval of intercompany account transfers as well as urgent payments.
  • Assist International Treasury Manager in compilation of bank related activity for external auditors.
  • Assist in tracking, recording and application of money movements within European pooling process.
  • Liase with Sales Audit department to ensure sales related transactions are accurately recorded and monitored.
  • Other ad-hoc duties as required.

Role Qualifications

  • Intermediate Excel skills
  • Experience with bank account reconciliations
  • Knowledge of online banking portals
  • Experience with Oracle preferred
  • Experience with Treasury Workstations a plus, but not required
