Role Summary

Nuuly is seeking a dynamic and experienced temporary Senior Manager of Creative Operations to temporarily join our innovative and fast-paced team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving the efficiency and effectiveness of our creative processes, ensuring seamless collaboration between creative teams and other departments. This person will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end creative workflow, optimizing processes, and implementing best practices to support the company's creative vision.

 

This is a temporary position based in Philadelphia, PA.

Role Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end creative production process, from ideation to delivery, ensuring efficient timelines and high-quality output.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance creative processes and workflows, ensuring alignment with business objectives. 
  • Continuously assess and refine creative processes to enhance efficiency and output quality. 
  • Manage and optimize seasonal and campaign briefing processes.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the company’s creative vision and translate it to actionable plans. 
  • Act as the liaison between production, creative, marketing and merchandising. 
  • Manage and optimize the allocation of creative resources, including staff and freelance support. 
  • Use project management tools and methodologies to streamline workflow and track project progress. Stay current with project management technology tools and features.
  • Facilitate changes for owned projects as requested and ensure key partners are informed in a timely manner
  • Manage and grow Associate Creative Project Manager

Role Qualifications

 

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management or related role
  • Proven experience in a management role within a creative or marketing environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement and implement efficient workflows.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to multitask, prioritize and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced, dynamic, deadline-driven environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills: Must be able to communicate needs and objectives effectively via email, slack, phone and in meetings
  • Experience in successfully collaborating with many different personality types
  • Confidence to enforce deadlines in a tactful manner across multiple departments 
  • Team player who is willing to provide assistance whenever and wherever needed
  • Experience with project management methodologies and tools such as Asana or Basecamp.
