Role Summary

Free People is looking for an Associate Creative Partnerships Manager. The Associate Creative Partnerships Manager role will be integral to brand collaboration business growth for both Free People and FP Movement. This role will be responsible for supporting project management of large-and-small-scale collaborations and initiatives internally and externally, from conception to execution. The candidate should be an excellent communicator who is able to work cross-functionally as well as independently with a strong sense of time management, organization, and relationship building.

 

This role is ideal for candidates plugged into fashion trends, news and competitor collaborations with an eye for new opportunities. A proactive work approach and willingness to support administrative tasks — including but not limited to product ordering, packaging and event set-up and breakdown — is required. This team member needs to be in the Free People home office multiple days a week and be willing to travel offsite for occasional events and meetings.

Role Responsibilities

  • Assist Senior Creative Partnerships Manager with project management, partner relations, and campaign execution.
  • Work cross-functionally to support partnership initiatives and strengthen strategy with a variety of teams across the brand, including Public Relations, Social Media, Merchandising, Sustainability and Social Impact, Retail Operations and more.
  • Support creative partner sourcing and be prepared to pitch partner integration concepts.
  • Create pitch decks for partner opportunities and work alongside internal teams to execute.
  • Assist in partnership recaps decks, compiling assets from multiple channels and their coordinating performance metrics.
  • Manage ongoing calendar of omni Partnerships & Experiential happenings, as well as updates to cross-functional team calendars.
  • Stay on top of competitor partnerships and relevant campaigns to inspire new ideas.
  • Work cross-functionally with buying, merchandising, creative and digital marketing teams to share project plans and strengthen marketing strategy

Role Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of budget management
  • Canva (or similar) experience a plus
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills, ability to balance needs of both Free People and FP Movement businesses simultaneously
  • Skilled in creative presentations and excel
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in marketing. Previous experience in product collaborations, special projects and/or experiential marketing is a plus. 
  • Ability to travel as needed and be in the Philadelphia office 2-3 days a week.
